Eye of Saint Lucia
All of our creations are made with the real Mediterranean eye of Saint Lucia. The smallest opercula are picked up on the Corsican beaches; the biggest ones are collected in the sea in fishermen’s nets. The name “Eye of Saint Lucia” being unprotected, please see our information on the website in order not to confuse it with Shiva’s eye, which is mostly from Indonesia and that is profusely distributed on the market nowadays.
